TLC Senior Care is a warm, intimate 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in Grover Beach on California’s beautiful Central Coast. Our home is designed to feel like a true home, not an institution, providing seniors with a comfortable, peaceful environment where they can receive personalized care and attention around the clock. Our Care Approach At TLC Senior Care, we believe exceptional senior care begins with knowing the person, not simply managing their needs. With only six residents, we are able to provide highly personalized, resident-centered care and get to know each individual’s routines, preferences, personality, and needs. Our goal is to support each resident’s independence and dignity while providing the assistance they need to live safely and comfortably. We provide 24-hour care and supervision, assistance with daily living, medication support, nutritious home-style meals, activities, companionship, and coordination with families, physicians, hospice providers, and other care professionals when appropriate. We understand that every resident is different. Our approach is compassionate, respectful, and individualized, with an emphasis on creating a sense of belonging and making each resident feel seen, heard, valued, and at home.
